摘要
钢厂配备了大量的风机,振动故障严重影响风机的安全运行。转子不平衡故障是引起风机振动的最常见因素。简单阐述了影响系数法的原理,总结了试重质量及滞后角的选取经验。并针对几起异常情况,提出了影响系数修正法,可为今后的工作提供参考。
A great deal of fans is equipped in steel plant.Vibration faults influence badly the safe and reliable operation of fan.The unbalance of rotor is the major factor that induces the vibration.The paper explains the method of the influence coefficient simply and summarizes the experience about the test weights and lag angle.Moreover,aim at several abnormal examples during the balance work,the correctional influence coefficient is bring out.It can be reference for further work.
