摘要
分析了柱状气液分离器(GLCC)内气液两相的分离过程。针对GLCC液相带气问题改进分离器结构,安装了稳流器并采用切向底流出口。实验对比传统结构和改进结构分离器分离性能,改变稳流器的直径和高度,得到不同操作参数下的压降和效率曲线。研究表明:改进结构后压降基本不变,分离效率得到明显提高。当稳流器的直径D=18mm、高度H=80mm时分离效率达到最大值96%。
The gas-liquid separation process in cylindrical gas liquid cyclone (GLCC) was analyzed.Considering the liquid carrying gas,GLCC's structure was improved to employ a current stabilizer and make use of tangential underflow.Having separation performance of traditional GLCC and that with improved structure compared and experimented to show that changing diameter and height of the current stabilizer can obtain pressure drop and efficiency' s curves under different operating parameters,and changed structure brings no obvious change in the pressure drop except for a significantly-improved separation efficiency; when the current stabilizer' s diameter (D) reaches 9mm and the height (H) stays at 80mm,the maximum separation efficiency can reach 96%.
