组合载荷作用下圆柱壳开孔接管结构设计分析 被引量:4

摘要 采用应力分析法和极限载荷分析法,对在内压和支管外力矩作用下的圆柱壳径向开孔接管原结构、加筋结构和接管根部加厚结构进行应力分析和评定。结果表明:较之于原接管结构,接管根部加厚结构承载能力提高明显,而加筋结构在仅受内压时承载能力无甚改善,在组合载荷作用下承载能力有所增加;各接管分析结构基于应力分析法的最大应力位置和基于极限载荷法的最大应变位置并不一致,应力分析法评定结果较为保守,极限载荷法评定结果更合理。 Both elastic stress analysis and limit load analysis were employed to analyze and evaluate the radial opening's original structure,reinforcing rib structure and the nozzle root thickening under internal pressure and combined loadings,the results show that,compared to the original structure,the load capacity of nozzle root thickening structure can be increased obviously,as for the reinforcing ribs structure,the load capacity increases under combined loadings ; the nozzle structure' s maximum stress point from the stress analysis method deviates from the actual situation from the limit load method.The elastic stress analysis method is conservative,but the limit load analysis method looks more reasonable.
