This article summarizes the three conditions of world-class innovative companies, with apple, samsung and huawei company as an example, detailed analysis of the three types of the independent innovation lead, high-end ceoperation across,low-end market rise, not to the same type of growth path, the anatomy of the role from corporate leaders, innovation team and the business strategy on the world-class innovative enterprise in driving growth, finally, the measures on creating world-class innovative enterprise are put forward.
