摘要
分析了C10抽余液的物料组成及其特点,利用减压精馏分离C10抽余液得到富含苯乙烯、双环戊二烯、茚三种制备优质石油树脂的原料,Aspen模拟结合实验探索得到最佳精馏工艺条件:1富含苯乙烯馏份工艺条件:塔釜压力:0.15-0.30 atm;回流比:15:1;塔顶温度:53.2-54.2℃;2富含DCPD馏份工艺条件:塔釜压力:0.015-0.025atm;回流比:17:1;塔顶温度:51.9-53.3℃;3富含茚馏份工艺条件:塔釜压力:0.01-0.04 atm;回流比:1:1;塔顶温度:71.5-75.5℃。
In this article, the composition and properties of C 10 residual extraction were analyzed. By vacuum distillation and separation process, C10 residual extraction containing rich styrene, dicyclo pentadiene and indene, which are the raw materials for preparing good resin, can be obtained. The optimum distillation conditions from combination of simulation by using Aspen and experiment arc as follows: (1) conditions for the medium containing rich styrene: the pressure in the bottom of tower is 0.15-0.30 atm, loop ratio is 15:1, the temperature in the top of tower is 53.2-54.2℃; (2) conditions for the medium containing rich DCPD: the pressure in the bottom of tower is 0.015-0.025 atm, loop ratio is 17:1, the temperature in the top of tower is 51.9-53.3 ℃; (3) conditions for the medium containing rich indene: the pressure in the bottom of tower is 0.01-0.04 atm, loop ratio is 1:1, the temperature in the top of tower is 71.5-75.5 ℃.
