欢洲高速铁路弓网系统标准体系特征浅析

摘要 欧洲高速铁路弓网系统标准体系在《跨欧洲高速铁路系统互通性指令》(96/48/EC)和《对欧洲铁路供电子系统兼容的技术解释性文件》(简称“供电TSI”)的基础上建立。体系具有集合性、整体性、相关性、可分解性、环境适应性、目标性等六个特征。通过介绍欧洲弓网系统标准体系及其产生背景,研究了该体系内各标准之间的关系,并重点探讨六个特征在该体系中的具体体现。文章指出欧洲高速铁路弓网系统标准体系内各标准之间是相互联系、相互作用、相互制约、相互依赖的,弓网接触力作为串联弓网系统标准体系的根本,是该体系内所有原则制定的核心参数。 The standard system of the European pantograph-catenary system is established on the basis of Interoperability of Trans-European High-Speed Rail System (96/48/EC) and the Technical Specification for Interoperability (referred to as TSI). The system has six characteristics including collectivity, integrity, correlation, decomposability, environmental adaptability and targeted. By introducing the standard system of the European pantograph-catenary system and its background, the article mainly studies the relationships between the standards and investigates the concrete reflects of the six characteristics in the system. The article points out that the standards of the standard system of the European pantograph-catenary system are interrelated,interaction, mutual restraint, interdependent. The contact force is the core parameter of the principles formulated in the standard system which is the fundamental of the standard system of the European pantograph-catenary system.
