摘要
通过L9(34)正交试验分析了缝制工艺中的几种参数对体积变化率的影响,分析得到产品厚度和缝线间距是影响尺寸变化率的主要影响因素。经过分析和实验验证,提出通过合理分配缝线间距来调整缝线张力的方法,控制异性结构柔性隔热材料的变形问题。
In this paper L9 (34) orthogonal experiment design was performed to investigate the effects of the volume change in the insulation sewing process. The results of the experiment show that thickness and density of thread are the factor which play the most important role. An improved adaptive controlling method based on setting space be- tween thread was proposed to control the deformation of curve flexible insulation.
