摘要
目的探讨Foxp3和TGF-β1在翼状胬肉发生中的作用。方法采用免疫组织化学法和ELISA法分别检测30例翼状胬肉和25例正常结膜组织中Foxp3与TGF-β1的表达情况。结果翼状胬肉和正常结膜组织中Foxp3阳性细胞数分别为(26.32±1.65)/HPF和(2.01±0.12)/HPF(P<0.05),TGF-β1的含量分别为(25.23±1.87)ng/L和(18.71±2.05)ng/L(P<0.05),翼状胬肉组Foxp3、TGF-β1的表达强于正常结膜组,差异有显著性(P<0.05);翼状胬肉中Foxp3与TGF-β1含量呈正相关(r=0.614,P<0.05)。结论高水平的Foxp3和TGF-β1表达可能是翼状胬肉发生的重要因素。
To study the roles of Foxp3 and TGF-β1 played in pathogenesis of human pterygium,we used immunohistochemistry and ELISA technique to investigate the expression difference of Foxp3 and TGF-β1 between human pterygium and the normal conjunctiva tissue.The results showed that the expression levels of Foxp3 and TGF-β1 in pterygium were stronger than those in the normal conjunctiva tissue(P〈 0.05),and Foxp3 and TGF-β1levels were positively correlated in pterygium(r=0.614,P〈 0.05),suggesting over-expression of Foxp3 and TGF-β1may play an important role in the pathogenesis of pterygium.
