鼻内镜术后普米克令舒鼻腔冲洗的疗效观察

The Curative Effect of Nasal Irrigation with Pulmicort Respules after Functional Endoscopic Sinus Surgery

目的探讨慢性鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉患者行鼻内镜术后普米克令舒鼻腔冲洗疗效。方法对70例慢性鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉行鼻内镜手术治疗的患者分为两组,对照组予生理盐水冲洗鼻腔,治疗组用普米克令舒液冲洗,术后定期随访,半年后比较两组间疗效。结果治疗组患者鼻腔黏膜均上皮化,随访期无复发,与对照组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05),治疗组嗜酸性粒细胞浸润程度与对照组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论鼻内镜术后普米克令舒鼻腔冲洗可有效减少鼻腔黏膜嗜酸性粒细胞浸润程度,促进黏膜上皮化,防止复发。

Objective To investigate the curative effect of nasal irrigation with Pulmicort Respules after functional endoscopic si -nus surgery for chronic sinusitis .Methods Seventy cases with chronic sinusitis after endoscopic surgery were randomly divide into two groups,treatment group（35 cases） for nasal irrigation with Pulmicort Respules and control group （35 cases） for nasal irrigation with normal saline.Regular visits were given after surgery and the differences of efficacy between the two groups were observed after half year .Results Nasal mucosa of all patients in treatment group were epitheliumed and without recurrence on regular visits ,which had significant differences when compared with control group （P〈0.05）.The nasal mucosa eosinophilic granulocyte was significantly lower than the control group ,and the difference was significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Nasal irrigation with Pulmicort Respules effectively reduced the degree of eosinophilic granulocyte infiltration ,helped to recover the nasal mucosal epithelium and prevent recurrence .
