上颌窦外提升不植骨术的临床应用观察 被引量:4

摘要 目的:评价上颌窦外提升不植骨术在种植修复中临床应用效果。方法:2012年01月至2013年04月完成18例上颌窦外提升术,其中随机分为实验组:共10例患者不植骨并同期植入种植体12枚;对照组:共8例患者植骨并同期植入种植体8枚,临床随访6~14个月。临床观察指标:种植体稳定性及口内软组织检查结合X线。结果:18例患者中一例出现术中上颌窦粘膜穿孔,在随访期内,种植体稳定性良好,无种植体松动脱落,软组织健康,X线显示上颌窦内有新骨形成。结论:本组病例结果提示上颌窦外提升不植骨术短期临床效果令人满意。 Objective: To evaluate the clinical outcome of lateral sinus lift without grafts. Methods: 18 posterior partially edentulous patients with residual bone height between 3 ~5mm were chosen to receive the lateral sinus lift, Patients were randomly assigned into two groups. Trial group: 10 patients received12 implants using lateral sinus lift technique without grafts; Control group: 8 patients received 8 implants using lateral sinus lift technique with bone substitutes. All patients were followed regularly after the surgery up to 14 months. The stability of the implants, the condition of peri-implant tissues, the radio exam of the bone height were checked during the revisits. Results: During the study period all implants were stable, no inflammation of the sinus were found. The soft tissue around the implants were healthy, and the X ray showed some extent of endo-sinus bone gain. Conclusion: The short-term clinical result of lateral sinus lift without grafts was satisfying.
