上颌后牙区颌间距离过大病例种植固定修复后2年效果评估

2-year evaluation of clinical effect of implant to repair cases with oversize interarch distance in maxillary posterior region

目的:评估种植体固定修复颌间距离过大病例的临床效果。方法:18例上颌后牙缺牙颌间距离过大患者,共计植入种植体40枚。结果:全部患者顺利完成义齿修复。临床上恢复功能后随访时间24个月,未发现义齿修复后种植体松动及脱落。X线片检查种植体周围无阴影,形成良好的骨结合。结论:冠-种植体比例(C/I)高的种植病例临床上成功率令人满意。

Objective： To evaluate clinical effect of implant on repairing patients with oversize interarch distance in maxillary posterior region. Methods： A total of 40 implants were inserted in 18 patients in the posterior zone of maxillary bone. Results： All patients finished denture without a hitch after the operation. Follow-up time was 24 months, there were no implants lost. X-ray examination showed with no shadow around the implant and formed a good bone union. Conclusion： It is satisfactory that clinical success rate with high crown-implant ratio（C/I） is very high.
