综合护理联合蛇毒血凝酶注射液对新生儿胃肠道出血的治疗效果

Efficacy of comprehensive nursing combined with hemocoagulase injection for neonatal gastrointestinal bleeding

目的:探讨蛇毒血凝酶注射液辅助治疗新生儿胃肠道出血的临床疗效及护理效果.方法:选取2012-05/2014-05湖北民族学院附属民大医院收治的胃肠道出血患儿共225例作为研究对象并随机分为A、B、C 3组,其中A组(n=71)给予常规治疗;B组(n=76)给予常规+蛇毒血凝酶注射治疗;C组(n=78)给予常规+蛇毒血凝酶+综合护理治疗.观察不同治疗方法以及护理条件下胃肠道出血停止的平均时间,比较其临床总有效率.结果:(1)A组与B组比较,B组的平均止血时间更短,总有效率为86.84%,明显高于A组的73.24%,差异具有显著性(P<0.01);(2)B组与C组比较,C组的平均止血时间更短,总有效率高达97.44%,明显高于B组的86.84%,两组间差异比较均具有显著性(P<0.01).结论:蛇毒血凝酶注射液应用于辅助治疗新生儿胃肠道出血中能有效缩短止血时间,提高临床有效率,并且在护理干预下的效果更佳,值得在临床上推广使用.

AIM： To assess the clinical efficacy of compre- hensive nursing combined with hemocoagulase injection for neonatal gastrointestinal bleeding. METHODS： Two hundred and twenty-five neo- nates with gastrointestinal bleeding treated at our hospital from May 2012 to May 2014 were divided into three groups： A, B and C. Group A （n = 71） received conventional therapy; group B （n = 76） received conventional treatment and he- mocoagulase injection; group C （n = 78） received conventional treatment, hemocoagulase injection and comprehensive nursing. The average time required to stop gastrointestinal bleeding and the total effective rate were compared between different groups.RESULTS： The average time required to stop bleeding was significantly shorter and the total effective rate was significantly higher （86.84% vs 73.24%, P 〈 0.01） in group B than in group A. The average time required to stop bleeding was significantly shorter and the total effective rate was significantly higher （97.44% vs 86.84%, P 〈 0.01） in group C than in group A. CONCLUSION： Hemocoagulase injection used in the adjuvant treatment of neonatal gastro- intestinal bleeding can effectively shorten the bleeding time and improve the clinical efficacy. Hemocoagulase injection combined with com- prehensive nursing intervention has even better effects.
