自身免疫性肝病药物治疗的研究进展

Progress in pharmaceutical therapy of autoimmune liver diseases

自身免疫性肝病(autoimmune liver disease,AILD)包括自身免疫性肝炎(autoimmune hepatitis,AIH)、原发性胆汁性肝硬化(primary biliary cirrhosis,PBC)、原发性硬化性胆管炎(primary sclerosing cholangitis,P S C)以及重叠综合症(overlap syndrome,OS).AILD是目前肝病领域研究的新热点,随着对AILD临床病例研究的不断深入和丰富,人们对此病的药物治疗有了新的认识.本文就近几年来对该疾病的药物治疗的情况作一综述.

Autoimmune liver diseases （AILL）s） incluae autoimmune hepatitis （AIH）, primary biliary cirrhosis （PBC）, primary sclerosing cholangitis （PSC） and overlap syndrome （OS）. AILDs are the new research hotspot in the field of liver diseases nowadays. The advances in research of AILDs have led to a new understanding of pharmaceutical treatment of this disease. This article reviews the progress in the pharmaceuti- cal therapy of AILDs.
