摘要 目的了解各级护理人员对新护士进行医院内统一培训的需求,为制定符合我院新护士特点的培训计划提供依据。方法采用自行设计的《基于岗位胜任力的新护士培训需求调查问卷》,对我院485名护士进行抽样现况调查;调查结果采用SPSS11.5软件进行分析。结果通过分析得出新护士在理论、技能、态度三个维度的前15项、10项、2项培训内容需求程度高,有8种培训方式是大家更易接受的。结论新上岗护士需要进行规范化的培训,但应该根据我院新护士培训需求的现况,制定切实可行的规范化培训方案,以保证培训效果,使新护士尽快适应临床护理岗位。 Objective To understand unified training needs of the new nurses in hospital from all levels of nursing staff, and to provide the basis for making training program with our new nurse characteristics. Methods My courtyard 485 nurses were sampled survey through 〈 The new nurse training needs survey questionnaire of basing position competency 〉, which was a self design. Results Through the analysis, the demand degree of the three dimension theory, skills and attitudes of the first 15, 10, 2 training content was high, and 8 kinds of training methods were more acceptable to everyone. Conclusion New nurse need standardized training, but that should be based on the status of new nurses training needs to develop feasible specification training program, in order to ensure the effectiveness of training, so that the new nurses adapt to clinical nursing post as soon as possible.
