摘要
目的探讨全夜制排班模式在肿瘤血液病房实施的效果。方法将2012年作为传统排班模式组;2013年实施全夜制排班模式作为实施组,在不增加人员的情况下,通过与护士护生访谈、发放患者满意度问卷,比较两种排班模式在交接班次数;护士和患者、家属满意度及护理质量、人力资源合理利用方面的变化。结果实施全夜制排班模式后交接班次数由每日4次减少为每日3次;护士满意度达100%,患者、家属满意度上升到97.6%;护理质量提高,差异有统计学意义。结论全夜制排班模式充分考虑患者的需要及病区安全,尊重护士及其家庭的意愿,符合连续性无缝隙优质护理服务要求,提高了护士的工作积极性和责任感。
Objective To evaluate the applying effect of all-night shift work schedule in hematology & oncology ward. Methods All the nurses in hematology & oneology ward worked by the conventional shift schedule in 2012 and then worked by all-night shift work model in 2013. In the case of not increasing personne, the two shift work models were compared in shift frequency, satisfaction from nurses, patients and their family members, quality of nursing care and human resources distribution by interview with nurse and nurse students and issuing the patients' satisfaction questionnaire. Results The shift frequency reduced by 4 times a day for 3 times a day after applying all-night shift work model; the satisfaction from nurses was 100%, the satisfaction from patients and their family also rose at 97.6%. Furthermore, quality of nursing care significantly improved as well, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion All-night shift work mode should consider the patients' needs and ward safety, respect the willingness of nurses and their families, and conform with continuous seamless high-quality nursing service requirements, improve the nurses' working enthusiasm and sense of responsibility.
