GS环保固定与传统固定染色在冷冻切片中应用

目的探讨GS环保固定在冷冻切片中应用价值。方法选取标本300例,150例进行GS固定,150例使用传统固定液,比较两组在使用上出现刺激性气味、固定效果不佳及染色效果不佳的比例,并对骨组织脱钙和肺癌TIF-1+固定效果进行比较。结果 GS固定染色套液临床使用上出现刺激性气味、固定效果不佳及染色效果不佳的比例显著低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论 GS环保套液效果满意,具有在病理技术工作中推广应用的价值。

Objective To study the effect of GS environmental fixed and traditional fixed for stained in frozen sections. Methods 300 cases specimen were choosed,150 parts were used GS environmental fixed,150 cases were used conventional fixed,then pungent odor appeared and poor staining of fixed effects and the effect of the proportion of lung cancer and bone decalcification and TIF-1＋fixed effects in the two groups were comparedd. Results Appear pungent odor liquid fixed and stained for clinical use on GS sets,poor results and poor staining of fixed effects were significantly lower than conventional group（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion GS environmental fixed is satisfactory,it can huge promotion and application of technical work in the pathological value.
