78例腕背囊肿临床分析

The clinical analysis of 78 patients with wrist back cysts

目的：探讨手腕背侧囊性肿物的临床诊断与疗效。方法选取我院2012年1月～2014年1月门诊及住院收治的78例手腕背侧囊性肿物患者作为研究对象。所有患者的临床诊断均经超声与术中探查、术后病理检查。所有患者中，临床诊断为关节滑膜囊肿（舟月关节）57例，腱鞘囊肿13例，腱鞘滑膜炎症性囊肿8例。全部予手术切除治疗，对比不同诊断患者的复发情况。结果术后随访发现，炎症性囊肿100%复发，关节滑膜囊肿与腱鞘囊肿无复发；不同诊断患者复发率不同，差异具统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论手腕背侧囊性肿物患者的临床诊断与治疗是复杂的，不同的诊断结果决定了术后的复发率也不同。

Objective To exlore the clinical diagnosis and effect of wrist back cysts. Methods Selected 78 patients with wrist back cysts of outpatient and inpatient as research subjects in our hospital from January 2012 to January 2014.All the patients＆#39; clinical diagnosis were all by ultrasound,intraoperative exploration,pathological examination after operation.Among these patients,the clinical diagnosis was synovial cysts （scapholunate joints） in 57 cases,ganglion cyst in 13 cases,synovitis ganglion cyst in 8 cases.All patients underwent surgical resection,and the recurrence of different diagnosis for patients with wrist back cysts were compared. Results Follow-up results found that：the recurrent rate of inflammatory cysts was 100%,synovial cysts and ganglion cyst without recurrence;The relapse rate in cysts patients with different diagnosis was different,the difference was significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical diagnosis and treatment for patients with wrist back cysts is complex,the different diagnostic results determine that the recurrence rate also is different.
