早期肠内营养在重症脑血管病治疗中的应用 被引量:4

Application of early enteral nutrition in patients with severe cerebral vascular disease

摘要 目的:探讨早期肠内营养在重症脑血管病治疗中的应用效果。方法选取2010年10月~2013年12月我院收治的全组患者97例,随机分为研究组49例及对照组48例。观察两组患者给予营养支持后营养指标以及NIHSS评分和并发症情况。结果研究组的血清白蛋白、血红蛋白、胆固醇和甘油三酯均高于对照组,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗1d,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组治疗21d后NIHSS评分明显少于对照组,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组的并发症发生率为20.41%,明显低于对照组的37.50%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在重症脑血管病治疗中采取早期肠内营养干预可以明显改善营养状态,降低患者的并发症发生率。 Objective To explore the Application of early enteral nutrition in patients with severe cerebral vascular disease. Methods 97 cases from 2010 October to 2013 December in our hospital were allcollected and were randomly divided into study group 49 cases and control group of 48 cases.Two groups were observed in patients with nutritional support after the utritional index nd NIHSS core and omplications were all compared. Results Research roup of erum albumin,hemoglobin,cholesterol and triglycerides were igher than those in the control group,the two groups,significant difference(P〉0.05).1D group two patients,no significant difference(P〈0.05);the study group after the treatment of 21d with NIHSS was significantly less than that of the control group,the two groups,significant difference(P〈0.05). Study group the incidence of complications was 20.41%,significantly lower than the control group37.50%,two groups,significant difference(P〈0.05). Conclusion Early enteral nutrition intervention can improve the nutritional status of patients with severe acute cerebral vascular disease and reduce the incidence of complications.
