＂和很多运动一样,就世界范围而言,帆船运动的发展是很不平衡的,有着明确的层次。欧洲自然是帆船运动的顶尖层次,海水环绕的大洋洲,也有相当好的基础,美国在大帆船运动上可以媲美任何国家,亚洲属于新兴力量,发展很快,但是与欧美还是有很大的差距。＂作为中国帆船运动的领军人之一,国家体育总局航海运动学校副校长曲春对帆船运动的发展了如指掌。在国际帆联世界杯帆船赛再度来到青岛之际,一起跟随他来认识一下帆船运动的世界格局。

The ISAF Sailing World Cup is a ceremonious event for the sailing circles worldwide. However, within the sailing circle, there are clear different levels. Sailboat originated from Europe. As a racing sport, the earliest text record of sailing sport can be found in the works by the Roman poets more than 1900 years ago. The time-honored history has cultivated the deep sailing consciousness among the European people and has laid an extensive sailing foundation. 'No matter you have money or not, you should have a sailboat.' This consciousness has been merged with the life of the ordinary people. For Oceania, despite that it does not have the long-term sailing history as the European countries, its environment surrounded by the sea provides a favorable condition for the development of sailing sports. Compared with the European and American counties, sailing sport level in the other regions of the world is backward, which is caused by many reasons, including historic tradition, people's consciousness and economic development standard.
