The Roundtable on IP Protection Systems in the EU and China Was Held in Qingdao

21世纪是知识经济时代,知识产权作为企业乃至国家提高核心竞争力的战略资源,凸显出前所未有的重要性。日前,作为＂中欧新知识产权合作项目＂2014年活动之一的中欧知识产权保护机制圆桌会议在青岛举行。本次会议由青岛仲裁委员会和中德生态园管理委员会联合承办,中欧知识产权专家、知识产权行政执法、司法机关与仲裁机构代表,以及欧盟成员国投资企业代表进行了广泛交流和深入探讨,对加强中欧知识产权保护领域的合作、促进技术创新、优化营商环境产生了积极影响。

The 21 st century is an era of knowledge economy. Intellectual property as the strategic resources for enterprises and countries to enhance the core competence is showing its unprecedented important position. Recently, the Round-table Meeting on Chinese-European Intellectual Property Protection Mechanism, which is one of the activities of the 'Chinese-European New Intellectual Property Cooperation Project' in 2014, was held in the New Zone of Qingdao's Western Coast. The meeting was jointly hosted by the Management Committee of Chinese-Germany Eco-Park and Qingdao Arbitration Committee. Centering around the subjects of the Chinese-European intellectual property protection mechanism, the function of judiciary and arbitration institutions, the importance of dispute solving mechanism, promoting the public consciousness and corporate intellectual property management tools, the intellectual property experts from China and Europe, representatives of the judiciary and arbitration institutions and representatives of the investment companies from the EU countries, launched extensive communications and deep explorations.
