磁场环境对TA10铸锭中镍成分的影响 被引量:5

摘要 研究了磁场环境对TA10合金铸锭中镍元素分布的影响。结果表明,TA10铸锭中的镍成分受磁场环境变化的影响较大。真空自耗电弧熔炼在近似直螺线管内部的磁场环境下进行,材料在此环境下主要受到洛仑兹力和磁化力的影响。通过改变生产工艺条件可以得到成分均匀的TA10合金铸锭,加工材性能稳定。 The influence of nickel composition of TA10 ingot was researched in different magnetic field environments.The results show that the nickel composition of TA10 ingot in VAR process is largely affected by the magnetic field environment. The VAR environment is straight solenoid magnetic field. The materials are mainly affected by Lorentz force and magnetic force. By changing the process condition, the TA10 ingot with uniform composition was produced. The mechanical properties of the samples were stable.
