摘要
分析了自力型触头的工况及铸件和挤压件对工况的适应性。设计了触头毛坯的热挤压成形工艺和模具,并在3150 kN油压机上实现了批量生产。
The working condition of self-elastic contact and casting and extrusion components to its adaptability were analyzed. The hot extrusion forming process and die of contact blank were designed. And the quantity production was realized in 3150 kN hydraulic press.
