摘要
在现有平端面组合凹模的基础上,把端面倾角和阶梯高度两个参数引入到有限元模型中,得到了具有更高强度阶梯式组合凹模。通过DEFORM-3D软件对挤压成形过程的模拟计算,得出了凹模内壁侧压力的分布。分析了摩擦条件对阶梯式组合凹模侧压力的影响,为模具设计和优化提供可靠的依据。
On the basis of the existing flat combination concave die, introducing the end angle and stage height into the finite element model, the ladder type combination concave die with higher strength was obtained. Through simulation of extrusion process by the DEFORM-3D software, the lateral pressure distribution of the concave die was obtained. The effect of friction condition on lateral pressure of the ladder type combination concave die was analyzed, which provides a reliable basis for die design and optimization.
