摘要
对含不同缺陷的QT400-18板件进行补焊处理,然后对其进行疲劳试验。根据试验结果,采用回归分析,得到了补焊区面积大小对板件疲劳寿命影响的经验公式。最后通过扫描电镜对其进行了断口分析。分析结果表明:试件疲劳寿命随补焊直径呈指数形式衰减;裂纹在母材的热影响区萌生,向熔合区方向扩展。
The fatigue testing of the specimen of QT400-18 was carried out to investigate the influence of different diameters of welding repaired area on the fatigue lifetime. According to the test results, using the regression analysis, the repair welding area of the experience formula of the size effect on the fatigue life of the board was obtained. The fracture morphology was studied by scanning electron microscope. The results show that the fatigue life decays in exponential form in the wake of the diameter of welding repair area and the crack born in base material region expends from the heat affected zone into fusion zone.
