摘要
通过分析1Ni9钢各项基本性能及其焊接特性,结合风机叶轮焊接接头强韧性要求,依均匀设计法安排试验,最终确定17种碱性焊条药皮配方;按电焊条焊接评定标准判定每组焊条的焊接工艺性能。运用统计分析方法研究焊条工艺性能与药皮辅料之间的关系,给出数学模型与趋势图。结果表明:多种药皮辅料对飞溅、焊缝脱渣性等工艺性能的影响呈交互作用的形式;回归分析能够把多种药皮辅料交互作用对工艺性能的影响进行量化,并可得出辅料交互作用下各自最佳的含量范围。
All basic performances and welding property of 1Ni9 steel were analyzed. Combining with the toughness requirements of fan impeller weld, the experiment was arranged by uniform design method and 17 kinds of basic covering formula were confirmed in the end. The manufacturability of each electrode was given according to the electrode welding qualification standards and the relationship between the manufacturability and coated materials were researched using statistical methods. The mathematical model and trend diagram were given. The results show that a variety of coating materials infects the process performance such as splash, weld slag detachability in the form of interactions. The relationship between the manufacturability and coated materials can be quantified by regression analysis, and the best range of the contains about each coating materials were obtained.
