摘要
分析了振动时效与热处理方法去除残余应力的机理差异,结合热处理及振动时效两种方法去除焊接件残余应力效果测试试验,讨论了两种方法对焊缝残余应力的影响;开展了振动时效对三种材料焊接接头力学性能影响的试验研究,得到了振动时效后金属材料的抗拉强度不变或有所增加,材料的塑性指标有较为明显提高的结论,并用位错理论解释了振动时效改善材料力学性能的机理。
The mechanism differences that VSR and heat treatment methods to remove the remove residual stress was analyzed. Combined with the test which two methods for removing residual stress, the effects of the two methods to weld residual stress were discussed. The effects of VSR on mechanical properties of the joints welded were studied by using three materials, and the conclusion was drawn that the tensile strength of the metallic materials unchanges or increases. The plasticity index of metallic materials obviously improves after VSR. The dislocation theory is used to explain the mechanism,which the VSR can improve the mechanical properties.
