奢侈品牌设计与管理专业建设的探索与思考

摘要 本文从工业设计的产生开始,系统梳理了设计与管理之间的关系,以及设计管理的国内外发展脉络以及未来发展趋势,同时对国内外的设计管理教育现状进行了详细分析,其中选取美国与日本作为典型代表。接下来,分析目前国内外奢侈品行业的人才需求,探讨国内外高等院校奢侈品管理专业的人才培养模式,尤其是对英法等国的奢侈品管理专业发展模式进行了深入研究。基于此,北京服装学院艺术设计学院设置了奢侈品牌设计与管理研究生专业方向,旨在拓宽学科,培养奢侈品行业亟需的复合型跨专业人才,以满足社会需求。 Beginning with the emergence of industrial design, the author explains the relations between design and management, the development of design man-agement in China and in the world, and its prospects. An in-depth analysis is given of design management education in China and abroad, including a case study of the United States and Japan. A study is made about the current demand for professionals in luxury industry al over the world, the mode of professional training in coleges and universities, and the development of this discipline in UK and France. On such basis, the Colege of Art and Design of the Beijing Institute of Fashion Technology offers the subject of luxury brand design and management for MA degree candidates so as to train cross-discipline professionals in luxury industry.
