摘要
通过加入微合金元素并与控轧控冷工艺相结合,开发出590 MPa建筑用低屈强比耐火钢。结果表明,该钢种屈服强度大于460 MPa,抗拉强度大于590 MPa,屈强比小于0.8,600℃的屈服强度大于室温的2/3,能满足590 MPa级建筑用低屈强比耐火钢的力学性能要求。
590MPa grade low yield ratio steel with fire-resistant for construction was investigated by the combination of microalloy technology and thermo-mechanical control process. The results show that the yield strength of the steel is more than 460 MPa. The tensile strength is more than 590 MPa. The yield ratio is lower than 0.8, and the yield strength at 600℃ is more than 2/3 times than that at room temperature strength, which can satisfy the mechanical property requirements for 590 MPa grade low yield ratio steel with fire-resistant for construction.
