摘要
叶片类零件表面在工作振动过程中容易出现裂纹,通过调整工艺参数,对零件进行喷丸强化。通过应力测试和试片型面尺寸检查,验证喷丸强化工艺在叶片类零件表层可引入残余应力场,增强其抗疲劳断裂的能力,提高零件的可靠性和使用寿命。
The cracks happen easily appear on the surface of blade parts during its working process, but we can do better through adjusting process parameters and strengthening shot peen on parts. The results show that in order to enhance its ability of anti fatigue fracture and improve the reliability and the service life of blade parts, we can check the using of shot peen on the surface of blade parts and introduce residual stress field with the stress test and the check for the size of blade parts
