摘要
介绍了锥齿轮在冷锻和机加工后的渗碳淬火热处理工艺及其在齿轮生产上的实用效果。实验结果表明,该渗碳淬火工艺对冷锻和机加工齿轮产生不同畸变、力学性能和组织,不仅可以实现组织易控、操作简单,能够获得一定数量比例的马氏体硬相组织,提高了车用齿轮的强度,得到优良的塑形和韧性,从而延长齿轮的抗疲劳寿命;而且能够有效地应用到实践生产中,缩短了制造周期,节约了生产成本,提高了工厂的经济效益。
The heat treatment technology of carburizing and carbonitriding after bevel gear forged and machined and its practical application on automotive gear were introduced. The experimental results show that the carburizing and quenching process of cold forging and machining gear produces different distortion, as well as the different mechanical properties and microstructure. It does not only realize easily to control the microslructure, simple to operate, and obtain a certain number of hard phase of martensite, enhance the strength and excellent plasticity, ductility of automotive gear, it also increases the anti-fatigue worklife. But also it is effective to use to practical application, shorten the manufacturing cycle, save the production cost, and improve the factory economic benefits.
