摘要
研究了双级热处理对含Zn 3XXX系铝合金组织的影响。结果表明,铝合金经400℃低温均匀化处理,然后在500℃下对合金进行二次加热,其析出相明显多于未经400℃低温均匀化处理试样。且其析出相中具有较多的块状、片状和棒状组织,这可能会导致铸锭在后续加工时容易开裂,这可为生产提供一定的指导作用。
The influences of double-stage heat treatment on the microstructure of 3XXX series aluminum alloy containing Zn were studied. The results show that the precipitated phases of aluminum alloy after homogenization treatment at low temperature 400 ℃ and then at 500 ℃ are obviously more than the alloy only at 500 ℃. Its precipitates phase has more massive the block, sheet, rod organization, which may make cast ingot crack easily in subsequent processing and provide a guidance for production.
