含Ce2090合金不同时效制度下各向异性倾向研究 被引量:2

摘要 通过力学性能测试、光学显微镜、扫描电镜和透射电镜观察,分析研究了不同热处理制度对含Ce2090合金各向异性倾向的影响。结果表明:T6态合金在0°方向上强度最高,45°方向强度最低,45°方向塑性最好;T8态合金在90°方向上强度最高,45°方向强度最低,45°方向塑性最好。热处理改变了合金的各向异性倾向,原因是强化析出相构成比例发生了改变。强化析出相是影响合金各向异性倾向的主要因素。 The microstructure and tensile properties of T6 and T8 treated 2090+minor Ce alloy sheet at different orientation were investigated by tensile test, OM, SEM and TEM analysis. The results show that the strength of T6 sheet orientation'45° and 90° with respect to the rolling direction is lower than that of specimens orientated 0°, the strength of T8 sheet orientation 45° and 0° with respect to the rolling direction is lower than that of specimens orientated 90°. The elongation of the sheet orientated 45° with respect to the rolling direction is the highest. The in-plane anisotropy of mechanical properties of this alloy is closely related to the heat treatment. The proportional change of strengthening phase is the main reason.
