摘要 研究了等温正火热处理对40Cr Ni Mo主轴用合金钢组织和性能的影响,并研究了不同渗碳热处理工艺参数对显微组织和性能的影响。通过对钢件进行冲击、拉伸、台架试验等性能分析,并确定40Cr Ni Mo主轴用合金钢最佳的渗碳热处理工艺参数。 The influences of isothermal normalizing process on microstructure and properties of 40CrNiMo spindle alloy steel were studied, and the effects of different carburizing heat treatment process parameters on the microstructure and properties were studied. The best optimum carburizing processing parameters of 40CrNiMo spindle were determined through impact of steel, tensile, bench test and performance analysis.
