摘要
目的评价晶状体囊袋张力环植入在高度近视眼白内障超声乳化摘除联合人工晶状体植入手术中的应用效果。方法 219例(325只眼)高度近视眼白内障患者白内障超声乳化摘除术及后型人工晶状体和囊袋张力环植入。所有患眼术后均随访l2个月,随访项目包括裸眼视力、最佳矫正视力、眼压、裂隙灯检查、眼底检查。结果术后1年矫正视力〉0.6者55只眼,0.4-0.6者145只眼,0.2-0.4者78只眼,〈0.2者47只眼。随访1年中无患眼发生视网膜脱离,4例患眼因发生后发性白内障而行激光治疗。在随访过程中,患眼人工晶状体均位于正位,无偏移、脱位等异常情况。术后大部分患者因视力提高,并脱离眼镜,生活质量及心理满意度明显提高。结论囊袋张力环的使用,一定程度的稳固了晶状体囊袋,人工晶状体植入后居中性及稳定性提高,促进了患者视功能的恢复,并对后发性白内障有一定的预防作用。
Objective To evaluate the application of capsulartension ring(CTR) in high myopia cataract surgery.Methods This study investigated 325 high myopic cataract eyes of 219 patients who received phacoemulsification andCTR implantation. During 12-month follow-up period,visualacuity,intraocular pressure(IOP),and routine ophthalmic examinations on anterior segment and fundus were performed. Results Postoperative best correctedvisual acuity was greater than0. 6 in 55 eyes,0. 4 to 0. 6 in 145 eyes,0. 2 to 0. 4 in 78 eyes,andlower than 0. 2 in 47 eyes. There was no retina detachment,IOL deviation or dislocation reported during the 12 months. Posterior capsular opacity occurred in 4 eyes and patients received YAG laser capsulotomy. Most of the patients were satisfied with their visual acuity outcomes. Conclusions Application of CTR in high myopia cataract surgery can prevent zonular dehiscence and IOL dislocation or axis deviation. Meanwhile,CTR may also help to prevent posterior capsularopacity.
