原发性肝癌患者行肝切除术后输注新鲜冰冻血浆的临床疗效观察

Effects of fresh frozen plasma transfusion for patients with primary hepatic carcinoma undergoing hepatectomy

目的探讨原发性肝癌患者行肝切除术后输注新鲜冰冻血浆的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析解放军302医院原发性肝癌患者行肝切除术后患者252例,术后输注新鲜冰冻血浆组122例和术后未输注新鲜冰冻血浆组130例,比较两组患者术后3 d谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、胆碱酯酶(CHE)、凝血酶原活动度(PTA)、总胆红素(TBIL)、白蛋白(ALB)指标的变化情况。结果输注新鲜冰冻血浆组的ALT、AST、CHE、PTA、TBIL、ALB明显比未输注新鲜冰冻血浆组恢复快,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论原发性肝癌患者肝切除术后输注新鲜冰冻血浆,有益于患者肝功能及凝血功能的早期恢复及术后身体恢复。

Objective To explore the clinical effects of fresh frozen plasma transfusion for patients with primary hepatic carcinoma （PHC） undergoing hepatectomy.Methods Two hundred and fifty-two patients with PHC undergoing hepatectomy in the 302th Hospital of PLA were analyzed.They were divided into two groups：group A （fresh frozen plasma transfusion for 122 patients） and group B （130 patients who didn＇t transfuse fresh frozen plasma）.ALT,AST,C HE,PTA,TBIL and ALB were observed at the third day after the operation.Results Levels of ALT,AST,CHE,PTA,TBIL and ALB were obvious differences between two groups （P ＜ 0.05）.Conclusion It＇ s good for the recovery of liver function and blood solidified function of the patients with PHC undergoing hepotectomy who transfused fresh frozen plasma,and it＇s good for the recovery after the operation.
