脑出血患者急性肾损伤发生情况、危险因素及其对临床预后的影响 被引量:8

摘要 目前研究资料表明,慢性肾脏病及急性肾损伤发生率高而认知率极低。脑卒中是目前导致死亡的第三大病因,发生非创伤性脑出血患者的基线肾衰竭及发生急性肾损伤有较高的发生率并与短期及长期预后密切相关。基线肾功能损伤者更易发生高血压脑出血,对预后的影响更加明显。急性肾损伤( AKI)在社区人群中发生率较低,住院患者中发生率高达13%-18%,其中大部分患者都由非肾脏科医师诊治。2009年英国患者预后与死亡全国调查报道:死于AKI的患者仅50%接受恰当治疗。
