腹腔内高压与腹腔间室综合征的研究进展 被引量：6

摘要 腹腔内压力（intraabdominal pressure,IAP）≥12 mmHg即为腹腔内高压（intraabdominal hypertension,IAH）,而IAP≥20 mmHg并有证据表明器官功能不全或衰竭称为腹腔间室综合征（abdominal compartment syndrome,ACS） .IAH与ACS是同一病理过程的不同阶段,IAH是ACS的早期表现.ACS不仅对腹腔造成危害,且可直接或间接影响机体的多个器官和系统,最终导致多脏器功能衰竭甚至死亡.近年来对IAH与ACS的研究成为临床医生所关注的焦点.本文将就IAH和ACS研究的最新进展做一综述.
