Giant cell tumor and secondary aneurysmal bone cyst with pathologic fracture in children: report of one case

摘要 病例 女,11岁,因左上臂骨肿瘤伴骨折10d入院.查体：左上肢较右上肢粗,肘关节活动受限,伸肘约135°,于指活动及血运正常,触痛阳性,表面皮肤正常,左手指活动及血运良好.实验室检查：血常规、血沉、C-反应蛋白及凝血五项均在正常范围内.
