复方正清风痛宁阻滞治疗臀上皮神经炎不同疗程的疗效

Efficacy of different courses of nerve block with compound Zhengqingfengtongning （正清风痛宁 ） injec- tion in the treatment of patients with superior clunial nerve

目的比较复方正清风痛宁治疗臀上皮神经炎患者不同疗程的疗效。方法臀上皮神经炎患者148例行复方正清风痛宁注射阻滞治疗，随机分为3组，A组治疗5d，B组治疗10d，C组治疗15d，分别在治疗后3、6、12个月时行疗效评定。结果与A组同疗程比较，B、C组有效率较高，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；与同组3，6个月比较，12个月时有效率较高，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论运用复方正清风痛宁注射液阻滞治疗臀上皮神经炎效果良好，10d的疗程适宜。

Objective To compare the efficacy of different courses of nerve block with com- pound Zhengqingfengtongning injection to the superior clunial nerve in the treatment of patients with superior clunial neuritis. Methods One hundred and forty-eight patients with superior clunial neuri- tis were randomly divided into 3 groups. They were received block therapy with compound Zhengqingfengtongning injection to the superior clunial nerve in different courses of 5, 10, 15 d re- spectively. Efficacy was estimated at 3, 6, 12 months after the treatment. Results The effective rate in group B and C with the same courses was significantly higher than that in group A （P〈 0. 05） ; The effective rate was significantly higher at 12 months than that at 3 and 6 months in the same group （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Compound Zhengqingfengtongning block therapy is effective in the treatment of patients with superior clunial neuritis, and the course of 10 d is optimal.
