摘要
心力衰竭(简称心衰)是老年人群中最常见的心血管疾病之一。本文综述了老年人心衰病理生理机制的特点;评价了交感神经过度激活、能量代谢重构在心衰中的作用及肾脏去神经术或曲美他嗪、辅酶Q10等药物治疗措施的疗效;同时介绍了肺动脉高压、心室一动脉偶联僵硬、系统性炎症状态等机制在射血分数保留心衰发生发展中的作用。
Heart failure (HF) is one of the most common cardiovascular diseases in the elderly. The article reviewed the pathophysiological mechanisms of HF in the elderly, revealed the roles of excessive sympathetic activation and energy metabolic remodeling in the development of HF, and evaluated the efficacy of renal denervation, and drugs such as trimetazidine and coenzyme Q10. Meanwhile, we also introduced the roles of pulmonary artery hypertension, ventricular-arterial coupling stiffness and systemic inflammation in the development and progress of HF with preserved ejection fraction.
