高分辨MRI对颈动脉几何形态与斑块体积的相关性研究 被引量:2

Study of Correlation between the Geometry of Carotid Artery and the Volume of Carotid Plaque by Using High Resolutional MR

摘要 目的利用高分辨率MRI评价颈动脉几何形态与颈动脉斑块体积的相关性。方法搜集30例经彩超证实的颈动脉斑块患者行高分辨MRI扫描,分别测量颈总动脉分叉角(CCABA)、颈内动脉角(ICAA),计算ICAA/CCABA比值,测量颈内动脉起始相对位置角度。统计分析以上指标与颈动脉斑块体积之间的相关性,以P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果经Spearman's秩相关分析,CCABA、ICAA、ICAA/CCABA比值与颈动脉斑块体积之间的相关性,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);颈内动脉起始处相对位置与斑块体积之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),Spearman's系数为-0.279。结论 CCABA、ICAA、ICAA/CCABA比值与颈动脉斑块大小之间无明显相关性,而颈内动脉起始处相对位置与颈动脉斑块体积呈负相关关系,即在颈外动脉后外侧至后内侧的范围内,颈内动脉起始处越靠近颈外动脉后内侧,斑块体积越小,越靠近颈外动脉后外侧,斑块体积越大。 Objective To evaluate the correlation between the geometry of carotid artery and the volume of carotid plaque by using high resolution MR scanning.Methods A total of thirty patients with sonography-confirmed carotid artery plaque were enrolled in this study.High-resolution MRI scanning was carried out in all the patients.The common carotid bifurcation angle(CCABA) and internal carotid artery angle(ICAA) were determined,and ICAA-to-CCABA ratio was calculated.The relative position angle of the internal carotid artery was measured.The correlations between the above indexes and the plaque volume of the carotid artery were statistically analyzed.Results Spearman's rank correlation analysis showed that no statistically significant relationship existed between CCABA,ICAA,ICAA /CCABA ratio and the plaque volume(P 0.05),although statistically significant correlation existed between the relative position angle of the internal carotid artery and the plaque volume(P 0.05).The Spearman's coefficient was- 0.279.Conclusion CCABA,ICAA and ICAA /CCABA ratio carry no obvious correlation with the volume of carotid artery plaque,while the relative position angle of the internal carotid artery bore a negative relationship to the volume of carotid artery plaque,i.e.the more close to the back-medial site of the external carotid artery the origin position of the internal carotid artery is,the smaller the carotid artery plaque will be,and vice versa.
