摘要
目的通过观察磁共振灌注成像(PWI)反映的组织微血管分布情况,鉴别经过手术的脑胶质瘤患者放疗后的复发与放射性损伤。方法选取60例临床确诊为脑胶质瘤且放疗后的患者,回顾性分析其PWI图像及手术、随访结果,并作统计分析。结果 60例患者最终经手术和随访证实30例复发,12例放射性脑损伤,复发组的相对脑血容量(rCBV)、相对脑血流量(rCBF)比值明显高于放射性损伤组比值,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 PWI技术对鉴别脑胶质瘤放疗后期复发与放射性损伤有重要的参考价值。
Objective To identify tumor recurrence or radiation-induced brain injury of the patients with glioma after operation and radiotherapy, by using Magnetic Resonance Perfusion Weighted Imaging (PWI) which can display the organization of microvascular distribution and blood flow perfusion. Materials and Methods 60 patients with glioma after operation and radiotherapy were selected. Their PWI imaging, operation and follow-up results were retrospectively analyzed. Results Among 60 patients, 30 patients were confirmed recurrence by the operation and follow-up, 12 patients were radiation-induced brain injury. The relative cerebral blood volume (rCBV), relative cerebral blood flow(rCBF)of recurrence group obviously higher than the radiation-induced brain injury group, the differences had statistical significance (P〈0.05). Conclusion The PWI technique has an important value on identifying tumor recurrence and radiation-induced brain injury.
