肾上腺节细胞神经瘤的CT表现

CT Diagnosis of Adrenal Ganglioneuroma

目的分析肾上腺节细胞神经瘤的CT表现,提高对本病的认识和影像诊断水平。方法回顾性分析经病理证实的7例肾上腺节细胞神经瘤的CT表现。结果 7例肿瘤大小约7.5cm×8.5cm-5.0cm×6.0cm,呈圆形或类圆形,边界清楚。CT平扫肿块均以低密度为主,增强扫描:4例表现为轻度均匀强化,1例表现为中度不均匀强化。结论肾上腺节细胞神经瘤CT表现具有一定特征性,再结合临床资料,有助于其诊断与鉴别诊断。

Objective To study the CT features of adrenal ganglioneuroma and improve the understanding of its imaging features. Methods CT findings of 7 cases with adrenal ganglioneuroma proved by pathology were analyzed retrospectively. Results The size of tumors ranged from 7.5cm×8.5cm-5.0cm×6.0cm. All tumors were found as a solitary, oval or rounded and well-defined mass. Unenhanced CT images showed the lesions were hypo-density. Contrast-enhanced CT images showed slight homogeneous enhancement in 4 cases, and moderate heterogeneous enhancement in 1 case. Conclusion CT findings of adrenal ganglioneuroma have some certain characteristics, and combination with clinical data, may be helpful for the diagnosis and differential diagnosis.
