摘要 针对国内引进的三代核电技术AP1000核岛主设备蒸汽发生器,介绍了水室封头内壁采用无铋不锈钢药芯焊丝堆焊工艺的开发应用,该工艺克服了无铋不锈钢药芯焊丝焊接工艺性差的缺点。通过大量工艺试验和焊接工艺评定工作,制定了合理的堆焊工艺,并采取了相应的控制措施,满足了AP1000核岛主设备堆焊技术要求,该工艺在世界核电史上首次获得成功应用。 Bi-free stainless steel flux- cored wire is developed and applied to cladding of channel head in AP1000 nuclear main equipment steam generator,which overcomes the poor weldability of Bi- free stainless steel flux- cored wire.Through lots of welding tests and welding procedure qualification,good welding procedure was determined,Some special control measures were taken to satisfy the technical requirements of cladding for AP1000 nuclear main equipment.Stainless steel FCAW cladding procedure on nuclear island main equipment is used for the first time in the world.
