摘要
采用变极性TIG焊对2219铝合金C10S与CYS异种热处理状态材料进行焊接,通过万能拉伸试验机、光学显微镜、扫描电镜对接头力学性能及微观组织进行分析研究。结果表明:2219铝合金具有良好的低温适用性,-196℃条件下,接头抗拉强度、断后伸长率分别达到母材(CYS)原始性能的76%和75%,异种热处理状态焊接接头CYS侧熔合区晶粒组织粗大,抗拉强度低,是接头力学性能的薄弱点。
The 2219 aluminium alloy with CYS and C10S dissimilar heat treatment materials were welded by the variable polarity TIG welding.The mechanical properties and microstructure of the welded joint were tested and analyzed by the universal tensile test machine,optical microscopy and scanning electron microscopy.The results showed that 2219 aluminium alloy can work well at low temperature.At the temperature of- 196℃,the tensile strength and the elongation after being fractured of the welded joint can reach 76% and 75%o f the fertile material(CYS),respectively.While the fusion of the CYS side of the welded joint showed the grain coarsening and low tensile strength,these characteristics were the weakness of the joint.
