摘要
针对某大面积薄厚度非对称弱刚性钣金焊接件的功能需求,进行了结构工艺性优化,在有限的厚度内获得了较好的自身刚性,制定了合理的分拆方案,零部件精加工后进行装配焊接,焊接作为达到产品结构尺寸及形位精度的最终工序,研制了重复使用可靠性好的装配、施焊、拆卸方便的工装,实现了定位、装配、夹紧,综合应用多种焊接变形控制方法,满足了产品的高精度要求,大型弱刚性钣金焊接件达到了GB/T 19804焊接结构件的精密级。
As for special structure of stainless steel stamping parts with large area,small thickness,low stiffness,its structure was optimized,manufacturing difficulties were analyzed.The welding technology,and clamp devices were studied and designed.The problems were solved by taking effective measures.At last,the welding distortion was effectively controlled,and the precision of production are satisfied.
