摘要
以一台四缸增压柴油机的油底壳为研究对象,通过建立该油底壳的有限元模型,并利用ANSYS软件对其进行有限元模态分析。然后采用材料优化和结构优化改进措施,对油底壳噪声进行优化控制,最后通过噪声对比试验验证其降噪效果。结果表明,优化改进后,油底壳的固有频率和模态振型都得到了改善,其近声场声压级降低了1.87dB(A),发动机整机噪声声功率级降低了0.62dB(A),达到了一定的降噪效果,同时对壳类薄壁零件的降噪工作具有一定的指导意义。
The oil pan of a 4-cylinder turbocharged diesel engine is taken as the research object, a finite element model of the oil pan is established for calculating modal analysis with the ANSYS. The material optimization and structure optimization measures are used to control the noise of oil pan. The effect of noise reduction of oil pan is verified by test. The results show that the natural frequency and modal vibration mode of oil pan are improved after optimization, its sound pressure level near sound field is reduced by 1.87 dB( A ) and the sound power level of the engine is reduced by 0.62 dB(A). It is effective in noise reduction. It is a reference on noise reduction for the same type thin-shell parts.
