摘要
为了解决动模旋转式多材质顺序注塑模具存在的体积大、制造成本高和生产效率低等缺陷,研究了动模平移式多材质顺序注塑模具。通过液压缸带动动模型腔平移,转换注塑位置,进行了不同型腔组合,以完成多材质的顺序注塑。结果表明,此成型方法不仅节省了设备及模具制造成本,而且提高了产品的生产效率。
In order to solve the problems of large sizes, high manufacturing costs and low efficiency of multi-shot sequential molding mould with the rotary moving mould structure, a new structure with the translational moving mould is developed in this paper. The transla- tion of the moving mould is driven by the hydraulic cylinder. The injection location is con- verted and different mould cavities are combined to complete the multi-shot sequential injec- tion molding. This method simplifies the mould structure, reduces the manufacturing costs and improves the production efficiency.
