总结了上海食用农产品批发和零售市场发展所面临的挑战,提出应调整农产品才比发市场的规划,并在零售市场环节实现变革,从连锁销售、电商模式和地产地销等方式入手,以丰富上海市民的“菜篮子”。
The author summarized the challenges against the wholesale and retail market of edible agricultural products in Shanghai. He suggested adjust the plan of the agricultural products and reform in the retail market by means of chain operation, e-commerce mode and local producing and local sale so as to rich the food baskets of Shanghai citizens.
