农村信息服务是社会主义新农村建设的重要内容,技术联盟战略是提高信息服务质量的根本保障。本文介绍了农村信息服务技术联盟的产生过程和特征,构建了农村信息服务技术联盟的过程模型和功能模型,并论述了其功能实现,希望由此能够为农村用户提供方便、快捷、实用的信息服务。

Rural information service is an important content of the socialist new rural construction, and the strategy of technology alliance is the fundamental guarantee to improve the quality of information service .This paper illustrates the generation and characteristics about technology alliance of rural information service ,and builds a process model and a function model of it,then discuesses the realization on those functions, hope that it could offer a convenient ,fast and practical information services to the rural customers.
